What happens next?
Thank you for your interest in the New England Center for Functional Medicine. One of our team members will be contacting you within the next few days to schedule your first appointment and to go over the process for becoming a new patient.
At your first appointment you will meet with Dr. K for about one hour. At this time he will review your health history, do an examination, and ask you a series of questions so he can carefully assess your health. Dr. Keroack will then create a personalized plan based on your conversation and health history. This plan most always includes supplements which can be purchased in the office at the time of your appointment.
